The Swiss Biodiversity Forum actively cooperates with:

• DIVERSITAS
  DIVERSITAS is an international programme of biodiversity science. It promotes, facilitates and catalyses scientific research on biodiversity – its origin, composition, ecosystem function, maintenance and conservation.
  The Swiss Biodiversity Forum is the national committee of DIVERSITAS in Switzerland.

• EPBRS
  The European Platform for Biodiversity Research Strategy EPBRS is a forum for scientists and policy-makers to ensure that research contributes to halting the loss of biodiversity.
  The Swiss Biodiversity Forum is the national platform of EPBRS in Switzerland.

• Countdown 2010
  The goal of the IUCN Countdown 2010 initiative is that all European governments, at every level, take the necessary actions to halt the loss of biodiversity by 2010, in accordance with the Convention on Biodiversity CBD and its 2010 biodiversity targets.
  The Swiss Biodiversity Forum is one of the Swiss partners in this initiative.
